Profile
As associate portfolio manager, Brandon is responsible for the research, analysis, and valuation of public fixed income securities across Cortland's funds. His work is primarily focused on portfolio construction, FX hedging, and relative value analysis across Cortland's investment and product portfolios.
Brandon joined Cortland in 2016 as a Business Development Analyst, where he supported marketing, client onboarding, and relationship management while contributing to credit analysis across public and private fixed income securities. He has since taken on a broader investment role, with his focus shifting toward portfolio management and security selection.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Economics from the University of Guelph and a Master of Finance from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. He also holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.
