Experience
Bolei joins us from the BC Investment Management Corp. where he was a Private Credit Investment Analyst.
He completed his BA at Renmin University of China, went on to a MA at Columbia University and most recently, completed his Master of Finance at McGill. He is a CFA charterholder.
Key Responsibilities
Bolei is responsible for assisting the underwriting process, including the maintenance of data rooms and legal due diligence for potential credit facilities. He creates comprehensive financial models for potential and existing portfolio companies, analyze and report on companies’ financial performance and corporate developments and create and maintain credit memos for credit facilities (and amendments) for presentation to the Credit Committee.
